The ground floor's panoramic views of the bustling street scene were a highlight, adding to the overall ambiance.The hotel's broad range of wellness options provided a relaxing touch to my holiday, enhancing my experience. Staff were adept at problem-solving and offered valuable advice on local activities and dining options. The service and extensive facilities made me feel entirely at home, ensuring a special holiday feeling throughout my stay. The comfortable room with ample closet space and the convenient location near the Gran Via station were additional perks that added value to my visit.
